April 26th 2011 is the forty-ninth anniversary of the dramatic debut of Studebaker's Avanti at the 1962 New York International Auto Show. Stellar Scholars is proud to announce that Eliot Erlandson of Royal Oak, Michigan is the 2011 Avanti Awards Summa Cum Laude Champion. Like last year's recipient, Eliot is a second-time Avanti Awards Champion. In 2009, he won the Magna Cum Laude trophy. Eliot is a Junior at Royal Oak High School.
