| Reginald Martínez Jackson
was born on May 18, 1946 in Wyncote, Pennsylvania. Jackson played
for the Kansas City Athletics (1967), Oakland Athletics (1968-1975,
1987), Baltimore Orioles (1976), New York Yankees (1977-1981),
and the California Angels (1982-1986). He earned the nickname
Mr. October for his World Series heroics with both
the A's and Yankees. In 27 Fall Classic games, he amassed 10
home runsincluding four in a row24 RBI and a .357
batting average. Jackson compiled a lifetime slugging percentage
of .490 and earned American League MVP honors in 1973. Jackson
also collected cars. The beautifully restored and customized

Jackson collection. AMT produced a "Reggie Jackson Collection"
series that included an Avanti. |
